'Crust & Dream Pizzeria originated from a singular vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a quaint, family-owned business with recipes passed down the lineage.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to classic techniques and prime ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria, we've evolved into a favorite local spot, but our vow to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue using age-old wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose only the top-quality components available.
Today, 'Crust & Dream Pizzeria is still kept within the family, with the Rossi family's second generation now propelling our devoted crew. While we've adopted some contemporary advancements, our core purpose persists: crafting savory, genuine pizza that unites folks.
